Delivery Policy

Thank you for visiting and shopping at Min Min DIY. Following are the terms and conditions that constitute our Delivery Policy. 

Domestic Shipping Policy Shipment processing time:

Please allow 1-2 working days for packing and postage process. Tracking will be sent after pickup is done. Postage everyday.  New notice will be informed through social media.

Postage fee is quoted approximately. Any balance of the postage fee is regarded as handling fee whilst extra postage fee is covered by us.

Our current courier partner is J&T Express, KTMD, Poslaju & Pos Domestik. We will use any courier as we deemed appropriate. If you have your preference, please let us know in advance.

Thank you for purchasing with Min Min DIY. Should any dispute arise after you have received the order, kindly revert back to us within 24 hour.

For Pos Malaysia Service (Pos Domestic), this courier will only be used for bulky items as well as for International Shipping. This shipment only available every Thursday. 

We have the right to used the cheapest and best courier service. Unless you have any preference, please indicate in the ORDER REMARK. 

Shipment confirmation & Order tracking:

You will receive an Order Fulfillment email once your order has been shipped containing your tracking number(s). The tracking number will be active within 24 hours.


Min Min DIY is not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping. If you received your order damaged, please contact the shipment carrier to file a claim. Please save all packaging materials and damaged goods before filing a claim.

Contact us for additional insurance for coverage. 

International Shipping Policy:

Please contact us before placing an order if you want to change courier service to Pos Malaysia EMS. -->Normal courier.
